TESGAS’s development strategy is based on two major business areas: construction and maintenance services for natural gas industry. Once the demand for maintenance services becomes relatively stable, we see construction services as the major driver of Tesgas’s increase in value. After a careful analysis of company possibilities that opened in the market of gas industry due to the development of company’s image as a trustworthy and professional partner, as well as due to close cooperation with the biggest entities in the Polish gas industry market, The Board of Directors is planning to expand the company’s activity in the area of construction.
TESGAS foresees that its future development will be possibile through winning and completing higher value contracts as well as through the acquisition of entities operating in the field of construction, which will complement the company’s competencies in the field of construction.
The major factor contributing to the increase of income from maintenance activity will be the expansion of gas infrastructure in North-West Poland and possibile acquisitions of entities operating in the field of maintenance and, in consequence, the geographical expansion of activity.
