Włodzimierz Kocik - President of the Board
The President of the Board has had over 16 years of experience in the gas sector. Since 1994 he has been working in the PIECOBIOGAZ company, at the beginning as a Sales Department Manager, and later as a Sales Director. Between 1998 – 2004 he held the position of Vice – President of the Board and then the President of the Board in the GAZTECH LOGISTIC later re-named ATG. Since 2004 he has held the position of the President of the Board in TESGAS.
Włodzimierz Kocik possesses secondary technical education, he graduated from Technical School of Mechanical Engineering, in the specialization of machine technology engineer.
Piotr Majewski - Vicepresident of the Board
The graduate of Poznan University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, in the specialization of electric engineering. Piotr Majewski has been granted the title of the Manager at Economic Development Agency in Poznan, and completed post-graduate studies: ‘Strategy and business planning’ at the University of Economics as well as post-graduate studies at University of Science and Technology, at the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas.
Ha has been a member of Science – Technical Association of Engineers and Technicians of Oil and Gas (SITPNIG) as well as the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP).
He possesses over ten years of experience in gas sector. Piotr Majewski has been cooperating with TESGAS company since 2000 as The Board Office Manager, The Director of the Board and the Board representative as regards the Integrated System of Quality Management. He has held the position of Vicepresident of the Board since 2000.
Marzenna Kocik - Member of the Board
The graduate of University of Economics in Poznan at the Faculty of Product and Turnover Economics.
In 1984 she started her professional work and until 1993 worked at independent positions in economic departments of different production and sales companies in Poznan. From 1993 to 1995 she has been employed at independent and management positions in National Bank of Poland in Poznan and Poznan Branch Office of Polish Investment Bank and since 2004 in Poznan City Hall.
She has had over 6 years of experience in the gas sector. With TESGAS she has been cooperating since 2004. She currently holds the position of the Member of the Board in TESGAS.
