On 5 March 2010 TESGAS completed an investment agreement with Stal Warsztat, located in Poznan, Gołężycka street 95, 61-357 Poznan, and with two natural persons who were the only partners of Stal Warsztat, Mr Jarosław Kocik and Ms Małgorzata Kocik. As a result of acquiring subjective shares, Stal Warsztat joined the TESGAS Capital Group as its subsidiary. Stal Warsztat is an entity specialising in machining (CNC and conventional), sheet plastic working, thermal burning of sheets. The partnership’s portfolio consists of products including steel casings for gas and energy stations, casings for power generating units, flange connection elements and other devices for gas engineering.
On 17 June 2002 TESGAS joined SEGUS partnership acquiring 360 shares, which constituted 60% stake of the share capital of SEGUS partnership. This partnership manages maintenance activity with regard to gas infrastructure facilities within Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. On 15 April 2003 TESGAS expanded the employment of funds in SEGUS partnership, purchasing 60 shares in SEGUS partnership from previous owners . As a result of transaction, TESGAS’s stake in share capital of SEGUS increased to 70%.
