The scope of investment |
Project is aimed at the implementation of new technological process involving the tetrahydrothiophene (THT) concentration analysis in natural gas through:
a) the purchase and launching of 2 pieces of gas chromatographs. Gas chromatograph is a measuring device that consists of injection system, thermostatic oven, chromatographic column, detector and converter. Gas chromatograph is used for separating chemical compounds on a special column, and describing their concentration with the use of a special detector. As a result of the measurement made by gas chromatograph, a special visual output, chromatogram, presents what compounds are included in the mixture and determines their concentration, b) the purchase of specialist software (2 pieces) for gas chromatograph control, that enables complex data gathering and the compilation of analyses of received data. The software is used for archiving the data from chromotographs and presenting them in a number of different ways, depending on the option chosen. Moreover, data may be exported in formats compatible with the majority of Windows applications. |
